中华真地鳖血淋巴对肿瘤细胞的体外抑制作用的研究

Proliferation Inhibition of Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker Hemolymph on Tumor Cells in Vitro

为了探究中华真地鳖血淋巴对癌细胞(PC3、HEL、WM9、MDA-MB-231)体外生长的影响。采用穿刺法收集地鳖虫血淋巴及MTT法研究中华真地鳖血淋巴的抗癌活性,同时用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学变化,Hoechst 33258染色法检测细胞凋亡,进一步确定中华真地鳖血淋巴对HEL红白血病细胞的抑制作用。结果表明,中华真地鳖血淋巴对四种癌细胞均有体外抑制作用,且对HEL细胞具有明显的抑制作用,呈现明显的剂量依赖关系。

To explore the influence of Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker hemolymph in tumor cells (PC3, HEL, WM9, MDA-MB-231) and to investigate its effects on proliferation and apoptosis of HEL cells. The hemolymph was collected by puncturing method and the influence of hemolymph from E. sinensis in proliferation of tumor cells was measured by MTT assay. Meanwhile, cell morphology were observed by an inverted microscope, and apoptosis was detected morphologically using Hoechest 33258 staining so as to further determine the inhibition effects of E. sinensis hemolymph on human erythroleukemia cell line HEL. E. sinensis hemolymph showed antitumor activity on four cancer cells in vitro, and HEL cells were significantly inhibited in a dosage-dependent manner.
