摘要
食品安全标准是食品抽检工作的理论基础,是食品检验检测的重要依据,是保证食品安全监管工作顺利进行的重要保障。文章通过查找国家抽检工作常用的食品安全标准、相关文件及规定,分析了食品安全标准在食品抽检流程中的重要作用和实施中存在的问题,为健全食品安全标准体系、保障食品安全抽检工作有效进行提供了重要参考。
Food safety standards are the theoretical basis of food sampling,the important basis of food inspection and detection,and the important guarantee for the smooth progress of food safety supervision.By searching for the food safety standards,relevant documents and regulations commonly used in national sampling inspection,this paper analyzes the important role of food safety standards in the process of food sampling inspection and the problems existing in implementation,which provides an important reference for improving the food safety standard system and guaranteeing the effective conduct of food safety sampling inspection.
