A Study on the Promoting of High-quality Development of Suzhou-Shanghai Integration: From a Perspective of Transportation Interconnection

交通体系和机制体制一体化是区域一体化高质量发展的核心环节。践行长三角一体化发展国家战略,从根本来看,在于实现机制体制有机协同,但就阶段性工作目标而言,重大交通项目建设也是有效之举措。交通一体化对区域一体化发展具有引领、基础和服务作用。面对新的使命和机遇,苏州需大力提升交通强国示范市建设战略意识,以完善我国改革开放空间布局为指引,加强交通重点项目规划、存量项目挖潜和保障措施优化工作,优化资源高效流通基础环境。

Integration of transportation system and institution & mechanism is the kernel link of high-quality development of regional integration. To fulfill the national strategy of integration of Yangtze River Delta lies fundamentally in the realization of effective cooperation of institution and mechanism;while as far as the aim of the present stage is considered, the construction of major transportation project is also an effective measure. The integration of transportation plays a leading, basic and serving role in regional integrating development. In the face of new missions and new opportunities, it is necessary for Suzhou to elevate the strategic awareness of the construction of demonstration zone for strong transportation power. Guided by spatial arrangement perfecting of national reform and opening, Suzhou is expected to enhance the works of programming of the key transportation projects, of digging the potential of projects stocked and of optimizing the supporting measures, and to optimize the basic environment of high efficient circulation of resources.
