摘要
为探索腐植酸对香根草吸收去除营养液中扑草净的影响,以香根草为研究对象,用温室模拟方法进行研究,采用气相色谱质谱联用仪为检测仪器,分析水样和植物样品中扑草净在添加腐殖酸的条件下的动态含量,结果表明:200 mg/L腐植酸对香根草去除营养液中扑草净的影响不显著,但200 mg/L腐植酸能显著促进香根草根系对扑草净的吸收,并且能显著抑制扑草净从香根草根系到茎叶的转移。
Green house study was carried out to investigate the effect of humic acid on the uptakeing and removal of prometryn from hydroponic media by vetiver grass. GC-MS(Agilent 7890 B-5977 MSD, USD) was used for qualifying and quantitying theprometryn from the solution and plant samples. The results showed that humic acid(200 mg/L) had no significant effect on the absorption and removal of prometryn from the nutrient solution by vetiver grass, but the initial concentration of humic acid 200 mg/L could significantly promoted the absorption of prometryn by the roots of vetiver grass, and inhibit prometryn from the roots of vetiver grass transferd to the shoots significantly.
