定喘汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床研究

Clinical research on asthma-relieving decoction combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis

目的探讨定喘汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院2016年11月～2017年11月诊治的小儿喘息性支气管炎患者144例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患儿72例实施布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿72例实施定喘汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,于治疗前后行临床症状积分、细胞因子检测,比较两组患儿的临床症状改善时间、临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患儿临床症状积分(咳嗽、气促、哮鸣音)、细胞因子(白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子α)降低(P <0.05)。观察组患儿临床症状积分(咳嗽、气促、哮鸣音)、细胞因子(白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子α)低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患儿临床症状改善时间(咳嗽消失时间、气促消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间)早于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论定喘汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效显著,不仅可以改善病症,减轻炎症反应,还可缩短治疗时间。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of asthma-relieving decoction combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods 144 children with asthmatic bronchitis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups.72 children in the control group were treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation while 72 patients in the observation group were treated by asthmarelieving decoction combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation.Clinical symptom scores and cytokines were detected before and after treatment.The improvement time of clinical symptoms and clinical curative effects of children in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,clinical symptoms scores(cough,shortness of breath,wheezing rale)and cytokines(interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factorα)of children in two groups were decreased(P<0.05).Clinical symptoms scores(cough,shortness of breath,wheezing rale)and cytokines(interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factorα)of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms(disappearance time for cough,shortness of breath,wheezing rale)in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Asthma-relieving decoction combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis has significant curative effects.It can not only improve symptoms and alleviate inflammation,but also shorten treatment time.
