中药治疗45例人工流产后宫腔残留的效果分析

Effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine on intrauterine residual after induced abortion in 45 cases

目的分析中药治疗45例人工流产后宫腔残留的效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年9月我院收治的90例人工流产后宫腔残留患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶丸治疗,观察组在此基础上给予活血汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、中医证候评分及宫腔残留物体积,并进行统计学分析。结果 (1)观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%,对照组治疗总有效率为62.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);(2)治疗前,两组患者中医证候评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(3)治疗前,两组患者宫腔残留物体积差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组宫腔残留物体积明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对人工流产后宫腔残留患者采取中医治疗有助于提高治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,减少宫腔残留物,临床上值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on intrauterine residual after induced abortion in 45 cases.Methods 90 patients with intrauterine residual after induced abortion who admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets combined with progestin capsule,while the observation group was treated with huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,TCM syndrome score and uterine cavity residue volume between the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results(1)The total effective rate was 91.11%in the observation group and 62.22%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).(2)Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the volume of uterine cavity residue between the two groups,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the uterine cavity residual volume of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for intrauterine cavity residual patients after induced abortion is helpful to improve the treatment effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce intrauterine cavity residue,which is worth popularizing clinically.
