23例颅脑外伤合并视神经损伤患者采取优质护理的工作体会

Work experience of high quality nursing for 23 patients with craniocerebral trauma combined with optic nerve injury

目的探讨颅脑外伤合并视神经损伤患者最佳的护理方法。方法根据患者入院时间的不同,将2016年6月～2018年5月在我院治疗的42例患者分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组患者采取传统的护理方法,观察组患者进行优质护理干预。从患者视力恢复情况、患者对护理工作满意度调查、患者平均住院时间和治疗费用几方面,对护理效果加以评价。结果观察组患者视力恢复情况好于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,住院时间短与对照组,治疗费用少于对照组,以上各项比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对颅脑外伤所致视神经损伤患者进行优质护理干预,效果显著。

Objective To explore the best nursing method for patients with craniocerebral trauma combined with optic nerve injury.Methods 42 patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were selected.According to different admission time,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were given traditional nursing while patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing intervention.Nursing effects were evaluated from four aspects such as vision recovery,investigation on patients'satisfaction with the nursing work,average length of hospital stay and treatment cost.Results The vision recovery of observation group was better than that of control group,and nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of control group.The length of hospital stay of observation group was shorter than that of control group and treatment cost of observation group was less than that of control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing intervention for patients with optic nerve injury caused by craniocerebral trauma has significant curative effects.
