全面优质护理对烧伤患儿创面愈合及心理状态影响的探讨

Effect of comprehensive high quality nursing on wound healing and psychological state of burn children

目的全面优质护理对烧伤患儿创面愈合及心理状态影响的探讨。方法选择我院于2017年2月～2018年2月收治的100例烧伤患儿,按照入院先后顺序将患儿划分为观察组与对照组各50例,为观察组患儿提供全面优质护理干预,为对照组患儿提供一般烧伤护理,评价两组患儿spence儿童焦虑评分、创面愈合用时及花费;评估两组患儿家长对护理服务满意率及护理质量评分。结果观察组患儿创面愈合平均用时(15.45±2.10)d,低于对照组(20.36±3.36)d,P <0.05;观察组患儿住院总花费(2.71±0.31)万,低于对照组(4.83±0.40)万,P <0.05。入院时两组患儿spence评分结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);出院时观察组患儿spence评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患儿家长对护理服务非常满意率80.00%,高于对照组56.00%,(χ~2=13.235,P <0.05);观察组患儿家长对护理服务不满意率2.00%,低于对照组12.00%,(χ~2=7.680,P <0.05)。观察组患儿家长对护士提供的服务态度、皮肤护理、心理疏导、健康宣教等护理质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论为烧伤患儿提供全面优质护理干预,可有效改善患儿不良情绪,缩短创面愈合用及花费,提高患儿家长对护理服务质量评分及满意率。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive high quality nursing on the wound healing and psychological state of burn children.Methods One hundred burn children who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Children in the observation group were given comprehensive high quality nursing intervention while children in the control group were given general burn nursing.The Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale(SCAS)scores,wound healing time and costs were evaluated.The satisfaction rate of nursing service and nursing quality score of parents were assessed.Results The mean wound healing time in the observation group was(15.45±2.10)d,shorter than(20.36±3.36)d in the control group,P<0.05.The overall hospitalization costs in the observation group were(27.1±3.1)thousand Yuan,lower than(48.30±4.00)thousand Yuan in the control group,P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale(SCAS)scores on admission between two groups,P>0.05.The Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale score at discharge in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction rate of parents with nursing service in the observation group was 80.00%,significantly higher than 56.00%of the control group(χ2=13.235,P<0.05).The dissatisfaction rate of parents with nursing service in the observation group was 2.00%,lower than 12.00%in the control group(χ2=7.680,P<0.05).Parents’assessment scores on the nurse’s service attitude,skin care,psychological counseling and health education in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive high quality nursing for burn children can efficiently relieve the children’s negative emotions,shorten the wound healing time,reduce the hospitalization costs and improve assessment scores of the quality of nursing service and satisfaction rate of parents.
