研究循证手术护理在手术室急诊患者护理中的应用

Application of evidence-based surgery nursing in the nursing of emergency patients in the operating room

目的研究循证手术护理在手术室急诊患者护理中的应用效果。方法以2017年5月～2018年6月我院手术室急诊的6353例患者为主要对象,采用随机的原则进行分组,对照组3176例,观察组3177例。两组患者均接受常规手术室急诊护理,观察组增加循证手术护理,对两组的护理效果进行比较。结果从手术时间和术后恢复时间的对比上来看,对照组的各项时间指标明显长于观察组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);从不良反应的发生率上来看,观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);从患者对护理工作满意度上对比来看,对照组的满意度评分明显低于观察组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在手术室急诊患者护理中应用循证手术护理可获得理想效果,能够缩短手术及术后的恢复时间,可提高手术的安全性,且患者对护理工作的满意度和认可度高,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of evidence-based surgery nursing in the nursing of emergency patients in the operating room.Methods 6353 emergency patients in the operating room in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group with 3176 cases and the observation group with 3177 cases.Patients in two groups were all given routine emergency nursing of operating room while patients in the observation group were also given evidence-based surgery nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results The operation time and postoperative recovery time of the control group were significantly longer than those of the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing score of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of evidence-based surgical nursing in the nursing of emergency patients in the operating room can achieve ideal effects.It can shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time and improve the safety of the operation.Moreover,patients'satisfaction and recognition of nursing work are high.It is worthy of promotion and application.
