关节假体置换术治疗老年髋关节骨折患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of joint prosthesis replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture

目的观察关节假体置换术治疗老年髋关节周围骨折的临床疗效。方法选取本院2015年7月～2018年7月收治的老年髋关节周围骨折患者66例,按随机数字表法为研究组33例和对照组33例,研究组患者采用关节假体置换术治疗,对照组患者采用动力髋螺钉内固定术治疗,比较分析两组患者Harris评分、VAS评分以及并发症等情况。结果研究组治疗后Harris评分高于对照组,研究组护理后VAS评分低于对照组,并且研究组(3.03%)发症发生率低于对照组(21.21%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论关节假体置换术可有效减轻老年髋关节周围骨折患者疼痛症状,降低并发症发生率,效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of joint prosthetic replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with fractures around the hip.Methods 66 elderly patients fractures around hip were randomly divided into study group(n=33)and control group(n=33).The patients in study group were treated with joint prosthesis replacement and the patients in control group were treated with dynamic hip screw internal fixation.Harris scores,VAS scores and complications in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,Harris score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and VAS score after nursing in the study group was lower than that in the control group.The incidence of incidence in the study group was 3.03%,lower than that in the control group(21.21%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Joint prosthesis replacement can effectively alleviate pain symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications in elderly patients with periarticular hip fractures.The effect is significant,which is worth learning.
