全瓷全冠与高嵌体修复低矮磨牙的临床对比研究

Clinical comparative study on all-ceramic full crown and onlay in restoring low molars

目的分析全瓷全冠与高嵌体修复低矮磨牙的效果。方法以2015年1月～2016年6月来我院进行低矮磨牙修复的142例(142牙)患者为研究对象,按照先后就诊的顺序,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予全瓷全冠修复,观察组给予全瓷高嵌体修复。对比分析两组患者临床修复效果。结果两组修复优良率对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组修复成功率、修复后生活质量评分、最大抗荷载值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论高嵌体修复术,进一步提高患者的临床修复效果,提高了患者修复后的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of all-ceramic full crown and onlay in restoring low molars.Methods 142 patients(142 teeth)who underwent restoration of low molara in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of treatment.The control group was given all-ceramic full crown restoration while the observation group was given all-ceramic onlay restoration.The clinical restoration effects of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no statistical significance in excellent and good rate of restoration in the observation group(P>0.05).The successful rate of restoration,quality of life score after restoration and maximum load resistance value of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The onlay restoration can further improve the clinical restoration effects of patients and improve the quality of life after restoration.
