摘要
翻转课堂近年来成为课堂教学研究的热点,但关于其教学质量方面的评价研究甚少,从多个角度评价翻转课堂教学质量对提升其效果意义重大。从翻转课堂的内涵出发,深入分析翻转课堂存在的评价问题。基于平衡计分卡视角,从财务、顾客、内部流程、学习与成长四个层面对高校翻转课堂教学质量评价进行框架设计,以期探索出以学生需求为导向、以价值共创为核心、适合翻转课堂的教学质量评价体系。
The flipped classroom has become a hot topic in classroom teaching research in recent years, but there are few researches on teaching quality evaluation. It is of great significance to evaluate teachi ng quality of the flipped classroom from different standpoints to improve its effectiveness. This paper started from the connotation of flipped classroom and deeply analyzed the existing problems in the evaluation of the flipped classroom.Based on the perspective of balanced scorecard, we construct the framework from four perspectives, that is, financial, customers, internal processes, learning and growth, which is in order to explore a suitable teaching quality evaluation system for flipped classroom combing students' needs and value co-creation.
