摘要
以北京市海淀区四所高校为例,运用深度案例访谈法和问卷调查的数据进行分析。将缺乏持续性、稳定性和整体性的志愿服务定义为"快餐式"志愿服务。研究发现,学生身份特点、多元化的校园选择、参与动因不够纯粹、志愿服务中获得感低是制约大学生持续参与的主要原因。建议将志愿服务精神的核心纳入高校育人理念中、拓宽志愿服务宣传渠道、加强各方沟通及相应的培训和保障、鼓励大学生持续参与到项目中,促进大学生志愿服务持续发展。
This paper took four universities in Haidian district as the example and defined undergraduates'volunteer service as fast-food volunteer service through the analysis based on the data of case interviews and questionnaires, the characteristics of which were discontinuous, unstable and scattered.The study finds that, diverdified students' identity characteristics, various campus activities, complicated participation motivation and lower sense of acquisition mainly restrict the enthusiasm of continuous participation.This paper proposes to incorporate the core of volunteerism intoeducation concept in universities, to expand promotional channels and to strengthen the communication mechanism and guarantee mechanism, which aims to encourage college students to continuously participate in volunteer service and finally promote the development of undergraduates' volunteer service.
