Thoughts on the Strategic Thinking Ability of Leaders and Cadres in the New Era

从战略思维概念的发展过程着手,分析新时代领导干部战略思维的重要作用,提炼战略思维非“零和”、谋势造势乘势、进取型、全局性、不可复制五个特点,进而指出“理解党政方针政策是‘第一步'”“关注国际战略格局是‘航向标’”“钻研战略理论是‘压舱石’”“精通专业知识是‘顶梁柱’”“通晓相关领域是‘加速器’”和“注重训练实践是‘通关路'”六条领导干部战略思维提升路径。

This paper analyzes the conceptual development process and the important role of strategic thinking in the new era,then refines five characteristics of strategic thinking,such as non-zero-sum,strategizing,making use of favourable situations,aggressive,global,unduplicable,and so on.then analyzes the improvement paths of strategic thinking including six aspects,understanding the principles and policies of the Communist Party of China and Government of China being the first step,paying attention to the international strategic structure being the localizer,research strategy theory being the bedrock proficient in professional knowledge,familiar with relevant fields,and focusing on training practice.
