摘要
结合云南某实际的工程实例,对某连续刚构桥由于施工过程不当导致箱梁顶板开槽疏管缺陷进行研究。通过有限元分析软件模拟分析,分析在原模型开槽部位截面发生相同缺陷下,桥梁的理论应力变化情况,以及对开槽部位补填后的结构后续阶段应力变化进行分析,并给出合理建议。结果发现,在没有采用任何处置措施的情况下,大桥在该实例情况下桥梁结构应力变化幅度很小,槽区填补混凝土后结构在整个施工过程和运营阶段都是安全的,结构应力和位移满足规范设计要求,同时针对横向应力超限提出合理处理意见和建议,保证结构的安全可靠以及施工进度和成本,消除存在的隐患,希望能为类似工程提供参考经验。
Based on a practical project in Yunnan Province,the defects of slotted pipe on top of box girder caused by improper construction process of a continuous rigid frame bridge are studied.With the finite element analysis software,the theoretical stress changes of the bridge are analyzed under the same defects in the original model.The stress changes in the subsequent stage after the slot filling are analyzed and some reasonable suggestions are given.The results show that the stress variation of bridge structure is very small in the case of without any disposal measures,and the structure after filling concrete in slot area is safe in the whole construction process and operation stage.The stress and displacement meet the design requirements of the code.At the same time,the reasonable treatment opinions and suggestions are put forward to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure,as well as the progress and cost of the construction,so as to eliminate the hidden dangers,which is expected to provide reference for similar projects.
