钢管混凝土拱桥缩尺模型静动力试验研究 被引量:7

Static and Dynamic Tests and Studies on Scaled Model of Arch Bridge with Concrete-filled Circular Steel Tubular Columns

摘要 随着钢管混凝土拱桥越来越多的应用,其造型也越来越新颖,对于钢管混凝土拱桥的设计一般只利用有限元模拟进行指导,而缩尺模型试验可以对结构的受力性能进行验证并进行评价。通过一座大跨异型钢管混凝土拱桥按照1∶16的比例缩尺并制作模型,然后对桥梁模型进行堆载试验,模拟此桥梁结构的受力特性与性能,并对试验测试结果与此桥的施工控制和成桥荷载试验进行对比。结果表明:模型桥的静力性能和动力特性测试结果与实桥测试结果接近,恒载和移动荷载下的模型桥关键截面变形和应力的测试结果反推到实桥和施工监控与试验数据较为接近,模型桥试验能够反映实桥的受力性能。 As the increasing application of concrete filled steel tube(CFST)arch bridges,the designs have been becoming more and more novel in shapes,while the bridge designs are always based on the finite element model simulation.Scaled model test can be used for checking and evaluation of the mechanical behavior of the structures.An irregular-shaped CFST arch bridge is taken as the prototype,and a 1:16 scaled bridge model is designed and constructed.The loading tests are carried out to simulate the mechanical behavior of the real bridge.The test results are compared with the construction process test and real bridge loads test.The analysis results show that the dynamic characteristics obtained from model is close to the FE simulation results.The deflection and stress of key sections of the model bridge is identical with the results during construction monitoring and load test of the prototype under dead load and dynamic load.As a result,the model bridge test can reveal the mechanical behavior of the real bridge.
