摘要
基于西安地铁2号线盾构侧穿塔式高层建筑泛美大厦,建立有限元模型探究盾构推进盾构近接塔式高层建筑物变形及其受力特性。结果表明:盾构过程安全,但是塔式高层建筑中钢塔的存在增大了建筑整体的沉降量倾斜度,且钢塔自身的变形大,易倾斜,也属于泛美大厦变形及其受力较为不利的一部分。有塔存在的情况下,其楼柱层间剪力峰值增幅约50%,地表沉降量最大值增大16%,且钢塔与主体结构连接部位的受力特别大,可视为盾构工程中高层建筑的不利荷载处。今后类似工况,应该加强监控量测,以及注意钢塔与主体连接部位的受力状况。
Based on the tower type tall building Pan Am Building on the 2 line of Xi’an metro line,the finite element model is established to explore the deformation and stress characteristics of the shield propulsion shield.The results show that the settlement of Pan Am Building is 13.9 mm,the inclination is 0.0005,the shield process is safe,but the deformation and stress characteristics of the top steel tower are different.The existence of the tower in the tower type tall building increases the settlement and inclination of the whole building.On the other hand,as a part of the high-rise building,its own deformation is large and easy to tilt,and it itself belongs to a part of the deformation of Pan Am Building and its stress.In the course of the shield,the tower type tall building structure is more stressed,and the existence of the steel tower has some influence on the top floor of the high-rise building,and the force of the connecting part of the steel tower and the main structure is especially large,which can be regarded as the unfavorable load place of the high rise building in the shield construction.In future similar working conditions,monitoring and measurement should be strengthened,and the stress state of the connection between the steel tower and the main body should be noticed.
