摘要
采用深度水解/MBR工艺处理高浓度己内酰胺废水,设计处理规模为200 m^3/d,进水COD为12 000 mg/L、TN为650 mg/L。工程运行结果表明,该工艺抗冲击负荷能力强,处理效率高,运行稳定,出水水质达到设计排放标准。介绍了工艺流程、构筑物设计参数及技术特点,可为同类含高浓度有机物、高氨氮废水处理提供借鉴。
The deep hydrolytic acidification/MBR process with treatment capacity of 200 m^3/d was applied for treating caprolactam wastewater with influent COD of 12 000 mg/L and TN of 650 mg/L in design. The results from engineering practice showed that this process exhibited strong resistance of loading impact, high removal efficiency, stable operation and qualified effluent. The process flow, design parameters and technical characteristics were introduced to provide reference for treating similar wastewater with high concentration of organic matter and ammonia.
