摘要
针对烘箱随其使用年限增加出现精确性不佳的问题,采用回归设计试验,探讨烘箱干燥室温度、气流两个关键参数与水分检测结果的关系,并建立相应的数学模型。在研究范围内,在a=0.05水平上,烘箱干燥室温度、气流对样品水分检测结果影响显著。干燥室温度每升高1℃,在其他参数不变的情况下,样品水分检测结果增加0.071 3%,气流每增加1 m/s,其他参数不变时,样品水分检测结果增加0.320%。为解决烘箱检测结果精确性下滑问题,应尽可能地减小干燥室温度、气流波动范围,建立烘箱干燥室温度和气流的检定规程,定期对两个参数开展监测和控制。
To address the inaccuracy problem of drying oven with its service life increasing, this paper has set up a mathematics model about the relationship among the temperature, air volume of the drying oven and the results of moisture detection. The results show that the temperature and the air volume of the drying oven have a significant effect on the results of moisture detection when a=0.05 within the research range. Without any other parameters change, the temperature goes up each 1℃,while the sample moisture results increases by 0.0713%, and when the air volume increases 1 m/s, the sample moisture detection results increase 0.320%. To solve the declination of detection accuracy of the drying oven, we should decrease the fluctuation of temperature and air volume as possible as can, and then establish relevant procedures for measuring the temperature and air volume of the drying oven to monitor and control those two parameters regularly.
