智能电能表检定系统安全检测优化设计

摘要 随着智能电网的建设,国网省级计量中心进一步加大对电子式电能表的检测能力,为满足对电能表抽检、全检、复检能力,智能检定在智能电能表检测环节中起到不可替代的作用,同时也对检定装置安全及性能提出了更加严格的考验。在传统检定装置基础上优化安全检测设计,提高检测装置安全性能,确保检测人员人身安全,实现智能电能表检定自动化。 With the construction of smart power grid, the provincial metrology center of state grid has further increased the detection ability of power meters. In order to meet the capacity of spot check, full inspection and re-inspection on power meters, intelligent verification plays an irreplaceable role in the detection of smart power meters, and also brings more stringent tests for the safety and performance of verification devices. Based on the traditional verification device, the design of safety detection is optimized to improve the safety performance of the detection device, ensure the life safety of the detection personnel, and realize the automation verification of intelligent power meters.
