摘要
兼具防弹和防刺两种性能的个体防护服已经成为个体防护装备发展的必然趋势。为选择性能较为优异的双防服用胶黏剂,调配了不同的助剂和胶黏剂配方,以芳纶为无纬布主体纤维,根据公安部发布的《警用防弹衣》及《警用防刺服》标准要求的防弹、防刺性能等级,设计不同胶黏剂对比试验。试验结果表明:B服的防弹、防刺性能,确保芯片防弹凹陷控制在25 mm以内,且高温防刺具有较好的安全裕度。
Personal protective clothing with both bulletproof and stcib-resistance functions has become the inevitable trend of the development of personal protective equipment. In order to select the formulation of double anti-wear adhesive with excellent performance, different additives and adhesive formulations were prepared in this paper. Taking aramid fiber as the main fiber for UD, according to the bulletproof and antiprickly performance grade required by the standard Police Bulletproof Vest and Police Burning Clothing issueddy the Ministiy of Public Security, a series of comparative experiments were designed. The test results show that class B polyurethane adhesive added a certain amount of additives can give good consideration to the bulletproof and stab-resistance performance of the aramid UD, and ensure that the chip bulletproof depression is controlled williin 25 mm, and high temperature stab-resistance has a better safety margin.
