先进控制技术在PTA行业的实践与思考

摘要 对原采用横河控制系统进行过程操作控制的华东某PTA工厂实施先进控制系统控制,在DCS基础上完成先进控制技术改造,实现装置精细化控制,并降低了单耗。该先进控制技术改造实例如推广到全PTA行业,每年预计可产生亿元以上总经济效益;对于其它PTA工厂进行先进控制技改以有效降低消耗及提高运行平稳率,有很好的借鉴作用,值得推广。 The advanced control of a PTA factory in East China, which used Yokogawa control system to carry out the process operation control was studied. The advanced control technology was reformed on the basis of DCS, and the fine control of the device was realized, and the unit consumption was reduced. If the advanced control technology is extended to the whole PTA industry, the total economic benefit is estimated to be more than 100 million yuan per year. It has good reference function and is worth popularizing for other PTA plants to carry out advance control technology reform, so as to effectively reduce plant consumption and improve plant operation stability.
