降糖活络丸联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例临床观察

Clinical effect of Jiangtang Huoluo pills combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy: An analysis of 30 cases

目的:观察降糖活络丸内服联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为2组,每组各30例。治疗组采用降糖活络丸联合中药熏洗治疗,对照组采用甲钴胺片治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为90. 0%,对照组为66. 7%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);2组TCSS和MDNS评分、血糖、神经传导速度治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:降糖活络丸联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的临床疗效。

Objective : To investigate the clinical effect of oral administration of Jiangtang Huoluo pills combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) fumigation and washing in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy ( DPN ). Methods: A lottil of 60 patients with DPN were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given Jiangtang Huoluo pills combined with TCM fumigation and washing, cind those in the control group were given mecobalamin tciblets.Resnlts: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group(90. 0% vs 66. 7%, P < 0. 05 ). Both groups had significant changes in Toronto clinical scoring system score, Michigan Diabetic Neuropathy Score, blood glucose, and nerve conduction velocity after treatment, and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Jiang - lang Huoluo pills combined with TCM fumigation and washing has a good clinical effect in the treatment of DPN.
