摘要 针对粮食物料运输过程中传统的过磅计量方式存在较大误差、资源浪费、影响物流效率等问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉的带式输送机物料瞬时流量测量系统。通过提取物料表面线激光轮廓,并开发基于梯形面元积分的物料流瞬时流量计算算法,求出物料瞬时流量。实验结果表明:测量系统最小误差达到1. 45%,整体测量误差在5%以内,有较高精度,可以满足带式输送机物料在线流量测量需求。 In the process of food materials transportation,there are many problems such as large errors,waste of resources and low logistics efficiency of traditional way of weighing.To solve these problems,an instantaneous flow measurement system based on the machine vision for belt conveyor is designed.The instantaneous flow is calculated by extracting the line laser profile of the material surface and using the algorithm of trapezoidal surface integral.Experimental results show that the minimum error of measurement system can be as low as 1.45%and the overall measurement error is within 5%,and the system has high precision and can meet the demand for online flow measurement of materials for belt conveyor.
