高速铁路对区域人才流动的叠加效应研究

A Research on the Superimposed Effect of High-Speed Railway on Regional Talent Flow

随着高速铁路的快速发展,高速铁路对区域人才流动的叠加效应对进一步优化人才资源配置、促进铁路沿线经济社会均衡发展、区域创新型城市建设具有重要作用。在阐述高速铁路对区域人才流动的叠加效应的基础上,应用经济联系强度和改进辐射相关经济社会关系模型,分析高速铁路对区域人才流动的叠加效应,以成渝高速铁路为例,研究成渝高速铁路开通后对区域人才流动的叠加效应。研究表明,区域内中心城市及次级节点,高速铁路的开通将会产生人才流动马太效应,即中心城市人才集聚日趋加快,而次级节点则持续下滑。

With the rapid development of high-speed railway, the superimposed effect of highspeed railway on regional talent flow plays an important role in further optimizing the allocation of human resources, promoting the balanced economic as well as social development along the railway, and building regional innovative cities. On the basis of expounding the superimposed effect of high-speed railway on regional talent flow, this paper analyzes the superimposed effect of highspeed railway on regional talent flow by applying intensity of economic relations and improvement of radiation-related economic and social relations model. Taking Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway as an example, the research studies the superimposed effect of the opening of ChengduChongqing high-speed railway on regional talent flow. The study shows that the opening of highspeed railway in central cities and secondary nodes in the region will produce the Matthew effect of talent flow, namely, the talent concentration in central cities is accelerating day by day, while the secondary nodes are declining continuously.
