摘要
近年来,随着铁路技术装备水平的快速提升,对技能人才在知识结构、技能水平、创新能力、服务理念等方面提出了更高要求。为推进铁路企业技能人才队伍建设,在分析新时期对铁路企业技能人才队伍建设的要求基础上,以北京局集团公司为例,对技能人才队伍建设现状进行分析,按照铁路企业技能人才队伍建设应遵循的原则,从科学制定技能人才建设规划、完善技能人才管理制度、建立各类技能人才展示平台、多措并举推进技能人才队伍建设等方面,提出新时期加快铁路企业技能人才队伍建设的对策。
With the rapid improvement of railway technology and equipment in recent years, higher requirements have been put forward for skilled personnel in knowledge structure, skill level, innovation ability and service concept. To promote the cultivation of skilled personnel in railway enterprises, based on the analysis of the requirements for the cultivation of skilled personnel in railway enterprises in the new era, this paper analyzes the present situation of the cultivation of skilled personnel by taking Beijing Group Company as an example. According to the principles in the construction of skilled personnel in railway enterprises, we propose some countermeasures for speeding up the building of skilled personnel team in railway enterprises in the new era, including making skilled personnel construction plan scientifically, improving the management system of skilled personnel, establishing a platform for showing skilled personnel, promoting the cultivation of skilled personnel by means of multiple measures.
