水泥辊压机轴承润滑脂的研制

摘要 辊压机是水泥行业中广泛使用的新型预粉碎设备,可极大地提高生产效率,降低能耗。辊压机轴承转速低,负荷重,并伴有冲击负荷,对润滑脂的极压抗磨性能要求高。根据辊压机轴承的工况,拟定了辊压机轴承润滑脂的技术指标,研制了辊压机轴承润滑脂。通过对基础油,稠化剂和添加剂的选择,辊压机轴承润滑脂由150BS(分子质量为2400),锂/钙皂稠化剂,0.5%的胺型抗氧剂,2.0%苯并三氮唑,2.0%的噻二唑衍生物和2.0%的磺酸盐防锈剂组成,其常温磨迹为0.55 mm,高温(75℃)磨迹为0.53 mm,烧结负荷>6082 N。研制的辊压机轴承润滑脂具有良好的极压抗磨性能和使用性能,达到了研制目标,可满足水泥辊压机轴承的润滑要求。 The roller press was a new type of pre-grinding equipment that widely used in the cement industry, which could greatly improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption. The roller press bearings had low rotary speed, heavy load and shock load, and had high requirements on extreme pressure and anti-wear performance of grease. According to the working conditions of the roller bearings, the technical index of the bearings grease of the roller press was developed, and the bearing grease of the roller press was developed.Through the selection of base oils, thickeners and additives, bearing grease of roller press consisted of 150 BS bright oil, polyisobutylene(molecular weight 2400), lithium/calcium soap thickener, 0.5% amine antioxidant,2.0% sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure additive, 5.0% graphite, 3.0% molybdenum disulfide, 0.5%benzotriazole, 2.0% thiadiazole derivatives and 2% sulfonate rust inhibitor. The worn scar diameter at normal temperature was 0.55 mm, and at high temperature(75 ℃) was 0.53 mm, the weld load was >6082 N.The developed lubricating grease for roller press bearings had good extreme pressure and anti-wear performances, and achieved the development goal. It could meet the lubrication requirements of cement roller press bearings.
