摘要
全氟聚醚润滑脂具有优异的润滑性能,被广泛用于特殊工况的轴承润滑,这些轴承都对润滑脂的降噪性能提出了较高的要求。全氟聚醚轴承润滑脂由全氟聚醚基础油,聚四氟乙烯稠化剂和少量添加剂制备而成。从聚四氟乙烯稠化剂的平均粒径,全氟聚醚基础油的运动黏度和润滑脂稠度方面讨论了对全氟聚醚轴承润滑脂噪音特性的影响。聚四氟乙烯稠化剂的平均粒径越小,全氟聚醚轴承润滑脂的噪音越低。全氟聚醚轴承润滑脂的噪音随着全氟聚醚基础油黏度的增加而降低。随着润滑脂稠度的增加,全氟聚醚轴承润滑脂的降噪能力逐渐增强。
Perfluoropolyether grease had excellent lubricating performance and was widely used for bearing lubrication in special working conditions.These bearings had high requirements for noise reduction performance of grease.Perfluoropolyether bearing grease was prepared from perfluoropolyether base oil, polytetrafluoroethylene thickener and a small amount of additives.The effect of noise characteristics for the perfluoropolyether bearing grease was discussed from the average particle size of polytetrafluoroethylene thickener, the kinematic viscosity of the perfluoropolyether base oil and the consistency of the grease. The smaller the average particle size of the polytetrafluoroethylene thickener was, the lower the noise of the perfluoropolyether bearing grease was.The noise of perfluoropolyether bearing grease decreased with the increase of the viscosity of perfluoropolyether base oil. As the consistency of the grease increased, the noise reduction capability of the perfluoropolyether bearing grease increased.
