城市主战消防车参数化三维建模软件研究

Study on 3D parametric modeling software for city main battle fire fighting vehicle

介绍城市主战消防车结构组成和模型特征参数,利用Pro/E二次开发技术、基于骨架模型的三维建模技术以及基于坐标系约束的装配技术,开发城市主战消防车参数化三维建模软件,实现城市主战消防车参数化三维建模和自动装配,提供可视化模型。基于Pro/Toolkit实现三维模型的自动更新。将三维建模软件平台应用于城市主战消防车初期设计,导入客户需求,确定技术参数,可快速呈现城市主战消防车三维模型。

The structure composition and model characteristic parameters of city main battle fire fighting vehicle were introduced. A 3D parametric modeling software for city main battle fire fighting vehicle was developed by using Pro/E secondary development Icchnology, 3D modeling lechnology based on skeleton nlodel and assembly technology based on coordinate system constraint. The soflware realized 3D parametric nlodeling and assembling automati cally of city main battle fire fighting vehicle and provided visualiza tion models. The automatic updating of three- dimensional model was realized based on Pro/Toolkit.Application of three- dimensional modeling software platform on the initial design of urban main bailie fire fighting vehicle, import customer requirements, determining technical parameters, 3D model of city main battle fire fighting vehiclecould be presented quickly.
