摘要 为了对铜导线熔痕的Raman光谱鉴定方法进行优化,选择表面无损检测、Raman面成像检测、附着碳洗脱检测三种Raman光谱法对铜导线熔痕进行检测,选择最佳的检测方法,并对检测条件进行优化。实验结果表明:附着碳洗脱检测法是最佳的铜导线熔痕Raman光谱鉴定方法。该方法高效,预处理程序简便,所需的样品用量与放置时间等都满足火灾物证鉴定工作的需求。 In order to optimize the copper wire sintering identification method based on Raman spectroscopy, 3 kinds of Raman spectroscopy method in eluding surface nondestructive testing, Rama n surface imaging detecti on and adhere nt carbo n elution detection were chosen to test the copper wire sintering, choose the best test method, and optimize the test condition. Test results showed that, adherent carbon elution detaction is the best copper wire sintering idenlificalion method based on Raman spectroscopy. The method has high efficiency, simple and convenient preprocessing program, and the sample consumption and storage time required can satisfy the fire physical evidence identification need.
