基于纯净水制备与灌装生产线的工程教育及其教学实践模式探索

摘要 根据"卓越工程师教育培养计划"对培养学生工程实践能力的要求,为构造提高大学生创新创业能力的培育体系,综合考虑各学科专业需求,湖南大学建设了纯净水制备及灌装生产线实训系统。该实训系统参照实际工业生产线建设,并按照教学需求进行调整。根据机械、化工、电气、软件等不同专业,系统开设单元训练模块和综合实训模块。综合实训模块采用产品导向的主动教学理念,以学生为主体,以产品开发的流程为依据,强调学生的工程实践、设计开发、工程管理和创新能力的培养。 According to the requirement of "Education and Training Plan for Excellent Engineers" for training students’ engineering practice ability,in order to construct a training system for improving students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and taking into account the needs of various disciplines and specialties,Hunan university has built a training system for the production line of pure water preparation and filling.The training system is built with reference to the actual industrial production line construction,and adjusted according to the teaching needs.According to different majors such as mechanics,chemical engineering,electrical engineering,software,etc.,the system provides unit training modules and comprehensive training modules.The comprehensive training module adopts the product-oriented active teaching concept,taking students as the main body and based on the product development process,emphasizing students’ engineering practice,design development,project management and innovation ability.
