江西某铜矿铜硫分离浮选试验研究 被引量:9

Flotation Test on Copper and Sulfur Separation in a Copper Mine of Jiangxi Province

摘要 针对江西某铜矿深部矿石性质特征,在现行生产实践的基础上,进行了探索性选矿试验研究,确定了适宜的浮选流程和药剂制度,实现了铜、硫的分离与富集。小型闭路试验获得了含铜20.32%、回收率92.38%的铜精矿和含硫48.14%、回收率79.37%的硫精矿。 According to the characteristics of deep ore in a copper mine of Jiangxi province, based on the current production practice, exploratory beneficiation tests were carried out. The appropriate flotation process and reagent system were determined, and the separation and enrichment of copper and sulfur were realized. A copper concentrate with copper content of 20.32 % and recovery rate of 92.38%, and a sulfur concentrate with sulfur content of 48.14% and recovery rate of 79.37% were obtained by small closed circuit test.
