护士职业发展评估量表的编制与信效度检验

目的编制护士职业发展评估量表,为评估我国护士职业发展现况提供有效的测评工具。方法以Super的职业发展理论为基础,通过查阅文献和半结构质性访谈形成初稿,经两轮专家评议及预测试形成正式量表;并进行信效度检验。结果探索性因素分析共提取3个公因子,形成了3个维度34个条目的正式量表,累积方差贡献率为73.77%。总量表的水平内容效度指数(scale-level CVI,S-CVI)为0.99,条目水平内容效度指数(item-level CVI,I-CVI)为0.83～1;总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.908,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.91～0.97;量表的重测信度为0.94。结论本研究编制的护士职业发展评估量表具有良好的信效度,适用于我国护士职业发展现况的评估。

Objective To develop the Nurse Career Development Assessment Scale,and to provide an effective assessment tool for assessing the status of nurses’career development in China.Methods Based on Super’s theory of career development,the primary scale was formulated through literature review and semi-structured qualitative interview,and the formal scale was formed after two rounds of expert review and pre-test,then the reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Results The nurse career development assessment scale consisted of 34 items in three dimensions.The exploratory factor analysis identified three principal factors which explained 73.77%of the total variance.The scale-level content validity index was 0.99,and the item-level content validity index ranged from 0.83 to 1,the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.908,the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of each dimension was from 0.91 to 0.97,and the test-retest reliability was 0.94.Conclusion The nurse career development assessment scale is reliable and valid,which can be used to evaluate the status of career development for nurses.
