艾灸联合子午流注治疗肿瘤相关性失眠的方法及效果

Clinical Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Meridian Therapy in Treatment of Insomnia in Cancer Patients

目的探讨艾灸联合子午流注治疗肿瘤相关性失眠(cancer-related insomnia,CRI)的方法及效果。方法 2016年12月至2017年12月,便利抽样法选取南方医科大学中西医结合医院肿瘤中心收治的60例CRI患者为研究对象,按入院先后其分为观察组和对照组各30例,分别给予艾灸联合子午流注治疗、常规护理干预,评价并比较两组患者治疗后的失眠治疗效果及治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(Pitsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分。结果治疗前,两组患者的PSQI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,PSQI评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合子午流注治疗有利于改善CRI患者的睡眠状况,提升患者的睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with meridian therapy on the treatment of insomnia in cancer patients.Methods By convenience sampling method,60 hospitalized patients with tumor were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was only given routine nursing care,and the treatment group was treated by the meridian Timing,and performing moxibustion on the acupoints.The therapeutic effect of insomnia after treatment and the scores of Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before and after treatment were evaluated and compared in the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSOI score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with meridian therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of insomnia in patients with cancer,increase the sleep time of patients,and effectively improve the quality of sleep in cancer patients.
