摘要
目的比较脉冲磁治疗系统监测仪与多导睡眠监测(PSG)的睡眠参数,探讨脉冲磁治疗系统监测仪在睡眠障碍人群中的应用价值。方法同时使用脉冲磁治疗系统监测仪和PSG监测30例以睡眠障碍为主诉的患者[(男16例,女14例,平均年龄(49.4±18.3)岁]一整晚的睡眠情况,将脉冲磁治疗系统监测仪与PSG的监测数据进行逐帧(30 s/帧)比对分析,比较两种监测工具的睡眠参数,计算脉冲磁治疗系统监测仪敏感度、特异度和准确度指标。结果脉冲磁治疗系统监测仪与PSG的总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期及睡眠效率有显著的强相关性。脉冲磁治疗系统监测仪的敏感度为(94.6±10.5)%,特异度为(33.4±30.2)%,准确度为(77.9±14.4)%,且不同睡眠障碍类型之间及其与总体之间的敏感度、特异度与准确度差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脉冲磁治疗系统监测仪具有良好的敏感度、特异度和准确度,适用于不同人群的睡眠评估。
Objective To compare the sleep parameters between the Pulsed Magnetic Therapy System(PMTS) and polysomnography(PSG), thus to investigate the application of PMTS to in patients with sleep disorders. Methods The whole night sleep parameters of 30 sleep-disordered patients(16 men and 14 women, mean age of 49.4±18.3 years) were recorded by both PMTS and PSG. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were measured using epoch-by-epoch comparison analysis. Results Significant strong correlations of total sleep time, sleep latency and sleep efficiency were found between PMTS and PSG. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of PMTS were 94.6±10.5%, 33.4±30.2% and 77.9±14.4%, respectively. No significant difference in sensitivity, specificity or accuracy were founded among different sleep disorder types and all participants. Conclusion The PMTS has good sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. It is a valid tool to assess sleep quality of different people.
