从“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨粉刺性乳痈的中医证治

探讨粉刺性乳痈的病机在于"阳化气,阴成形"功能失调,阐述"阳化气,阴成形"是人体生命活动的功能表现及"阳化气,阴成形"功能失调是粉刺性乳痈的发病机理,并由此提出"温阳化气"是治疗粉刺性乳痈的总体原则。在临床实践中,总以温阳化气为先,温阳抑阴,促阳化气,促使"阳化气"功能得到正常发挥,同时审详病程阶段、证候虚实,灵活综合运用,提高临床疗效。
