肾衰饮治疗2型糖尿病肾病早期气阴两虚兼血瘀型临床研究

Clinical Study on Shenshuaiyin in Treating Early Stage of Deficiency of Qi and Yin with Blood Stasis Syndrome Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:临床观察并探究肾衰饮治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:将入组的66例2型糖尿病肾病早期属气阴两虚兼血瘀型的患者随机分成两组,每组为33例,两组患者均给予降糖和降压基础治疗,同时试验组给予肾衰饮汤剂治疗,安慰剂组予肾衰饮模拟汤剂治疗。结果:12周后试验组各证候积分明显下降,显效14例(42.4%),有效15例(45.4%),无效4例(12.1%),总有效率达到87.9%,和安慰剂组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);试验组尿蛋白水平、中医证候评分的测定值、全血黏度、外周血血脂均明显下降,与本组治疗前及安慰剂组治疗后比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:肾衰饮能有效改善2型糖尿病肾病早期属气阴两虚兼血瘀型患者的临床症状,能有效减少尿蛋白的含量。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shenshuaiyin in treating early diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods:Sixty-eight patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy of deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stasis syndrome in the early stage were randomly divided into two groups,34 in each group.Both groups were treated with basic hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Shenshuaiyin and the placebo group was treated with simulated decoction of Shenshuaiyin. Results:After twelve weeks,the symptom scores of experimental group were decreased significantly,14 cases were markedly effective(42.4%),15 cases were effective(45.4%)and 4 cases were ineffective(12.1%). Total effective rate was 87.9%. There were significant differences between control group and placebo group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group after treatment and experimental group before treatment,the urine protein levels,the diagnostic value of TCM syndrome score,whole blood viscosity,peripheral blood lipids of the experimental group were decreased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenshuaiyin can improve clinical symptoms and urine protein levels of patients with early type2 diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stasis syndrome.
