庄氏调神针法治疗卒中后抑郁疗效观察

Study of Professor ZHUANG's Mind Regulation Acupuncture Against Post-stoke Depression

目的:观察庄氏调神针法治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将66例符合纳入标准的卒中后抑郁病患按1∶1的比例随机分配至对照组与治疗组。在给予两组患者基础治疗的同时,分别予以庄氏调神针法以及盐酸舍曲林片。1个月后观察对比两组患者治疗前后汉密顿抑郁量表、中医证候抑郁量表以及日常生活活动能力量表评分与差值。结果:治疗前,两组患者一般情况以及汉密顿量表、中医证候抑郁量表、日常生活活动能力量表评分相比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05),具有可比性;分别将两组患者HAMD评分、中医证候抑郁量表评分、日常生活活动能力量表评分进行治疗前后对比,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),提示两组治疗均对患者症状有一定程度的改善;最后将3组量表数据进行组间对比,亦均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),提示经治疗后,治疗组的抑郁症状、日常生活能力改善情况优于对照组。结论:(1)庄氏调神针法可改善卒中后抑郁患者的临床症状,并有利于肢体功能的恢复。(2)庄氏调神针法、口服盐酸舍曲林片均对卒中后抑郁患者的症状有改善作用,前者疗效更优,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of professor ZHUANG’s mind regulation acupuncture against post-stoke depression. Methods:66 patients with PSD who met the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to the control group and the treatment group according to 1∶1 ratio. At the same time,two groups of patients were treated with professor ZHUANG’s mind regulation acupuncture or Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets. After one month,the scores of Hamilton depression scale,TCM syndrome depression scale and activities of daily living scale were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:Before the treatment,the two groups of patients’ normal situation,the Hamilton scale,the TCM syndrome depression scale and the daily living ability scale had no statistically different and comparable(P>0.05).The scores were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05),suggested that the two groups had a certain degree of improvement in the symptoms of the patients. Finally,the data of the three sets of scales were compared between groups,and there had statistical differences(P<0.05),suggested that after treatment,the depressive symptoms and daily living ability of the treatment group were changed. The treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion:(1)ZHUANG’s acupuncture therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with post-stroke depression,and is conducive to the recovery of limb function.(2)ZHUANG’s acupuncture therapy and oral administration of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets both improved the symptoms of patients with post-stroke depression,and the former had better curative effect,which is worth promoting.
