溃疡性结肠炎经络表现规律探索研究

Study on the Regularity of Manifestation of Ulcerative Colitis Meridian

目的:探索溃疡性结肠炎(UC)经络表现的规律,为从经络角度认识疾病和治疗的辨经选穴提供新的参考。方法:疾病组纳入81例UC患者,对照组纳入30例健康志愿者。在腹部、四肢肘膝关节至腕踝关节范围内行经络诊察,测量诊察阳性腧穴及对称部位的压痛阈值。比较疾病组和对照组的经络诊察差异。疾病组诊察结果进行聚类分析,并分别比较疾病组左右侧经络之间、上下肢及腹部之间的差异。结果:①UC影响双侧经络,在腹部则以左侧经络明显,疼痛敏感区主要位于下肢部,其次为腹部。②脾经、大肠经、肝经、肾经、肺经与UC关系密切。③足三里、上巨虚、大横、腹结、天枢、三阴交与UC关系较密切。结论:经络诊察法研究UC是一个可行的方向,今后研究重点应在探索基础性规律及在此基础上构建标准的评判体系。

Objective:To explore the distribution of ulcerative colitis(UC)meridians abnormalities,and better understand the disease from the perspective of meridional meridian acupoint selection and provide a new reference for the treatment. Methods:A total of 81 UC patients were included in the study. The control group was recruited 30 healthy volunteers. The positive points were detected along the meridians in the abdomen and elbow knee joint to wrist ankle joint,whose pain thresholds were measured by tenderness tester. Statistical software was used to compare the differences in meridian diagnosis between the disease group and the control group. Cluster analysis was performed on the positive areas of the disease group,and the differences between the left and right channels of the disease group,thearms,legs and the abdomen were comparedrespectively. Results:①UC obviously affects bilateral meridians on the upper and lower extremities,and the left meridian on the abdomen. The sensitive area of pain is mainly located in the lower extremity,followed by the abdomen.②The spleen meridian,large intestine meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian are closely related to UC.③Acupoints closely associated with UC were Zusanli(ST36),Shangjuxu(ST37),Daheng(SP15),Fujie(SP14),Tianshu(ST25) and Sanyinjiao(SP6). Conclusion:It is a feasible direction to study UC by meridian inspection method.In the future,the research emphasis should be on exploring basic laws and establishing a standard evaluation system on this basis.
