滋胃消痤汤配合隐形针灸治疗痤疮胃阴虚证临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Ziwei Xiaocuo Decoction Combined with Invisible Acupuncture Treatment of Stomach Yin Deficiency Type Acne

目的:通过研究滋胃消痤汤配合隐形针灸治疗痤疮胃阴虚证的临床疗效,探讨中医综合治疗方法的临床可行性。方法:收集我院2016年1月—2017年3月皮肤科痤疮属胃阴虚证的患者,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为3组,即维胺酯胶囊治疗组(对照组)38例、滋胃消痤汤治疗组(中药治疗组)39例、滋胃消痤汤配合隐形针灸治疗的中医综合疗法治疗组(综合治疗组)39例。对照组:在一般护理基础上,给予维胺酯胶囊内服治疗;中药治疗组:在一般护理基础上,给予滋胃消痤汤内服治疗;综合治疗组:在一般护理基础上,给予滋胃消痤汤内服,并结合隐形针灸进行治疗。观察3组患者治疗后总有效率、皮损症状、生存质量,并进行比较。结果:3组治疗后总有效率比较,综合治疗组的总有效率显著高于中药治疗组及对照组(P<0.05);中药治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后的皮损症状比较,综合治疗组皮损症状显著低于中药治疗组及对照组(P<0.05);中药治疗组皮损症状显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后生活质量比较,综合治疗组的生活质量显著高于中药治疗组及对照组(P<0.05);中药治疗组及对照组的生存质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋胃消痤汤配合隐形针灸治疗痤疮胃阴虚证临床疗效显著,有效改善患者的生活质量,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Ziwei Xiaocuo Decoction combined with invisible acupuncture treatment of stomach Yin deficiency type acne,and explore the clinical feasibility of TCM comprehensive treatment method. Methods:Collected in our hospital in January 2016-March2017 year admitted to the department of dermatology,stomach Yin deficiency type in patients with acne patients,according to the treatment sequence number,using random number table methods the patients were randomly divided into three groups,namely There were 38 cases in Vitamin Ester Capsule treatment group(control group),39 cases in Ziwei Xiaocuo Decoction treatment group(TCM treatment group),39 cases in Ziwei Xiaocuo Decoction combined with invisible acupuncture treatment group(comprehensive treatment group). The control group:On the basis of general nursing giving Viaminate Capsules oral treatment. TCM treatment group:On the basis of general nursing,giving the Ziwei Xiaocuo Decoction treatment. Comprehensive treatment group:Based on the general nursing,giving the Ziwei Xiaocuo Decoction taken orally,combined with invisible acupuncture. Observe the symptom score of skin lesion,total effective rate,quality of life of three groups of patients after treatment. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the comprehensive treatment group was better than that of TCM treatment group and control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate in the TCM treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05);the symptom score of skin lesion in comprehensive treatment group was significantly lower than that of TCM treatment group and control group(P<0.05);the symptom score of skin lesion was significantly lower in TCM treatment group than that of control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the score of quality of life in the comprehensive treatment group was higher than that of TCM treatment group and control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the score of quality of life of TCM treatment group and control group(P>0.05). Conclusion:Ziwei Xiaocuo Decoction combined with invisible acupuncture treatment for stomach Yin deficiency is effective and can improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of further clinical use.
