摘要
不同微观形貌的酸水解纤维素应用于造纸,造纸性能会发生改变。采用扫描电镜观察不同形貌的酸水解纤维素,采用国标方法测试纸张的性能。结果表明:酸水解纤维素对纸张具有增强作用,其中棒状酸水解纤维素对纸张的耐破强度、撕裂强度、抗张强度的增强作用最大,球状酸水解纤维素对纸张的增强作用次之,无规则大块状酸水解纤维素的增强作用最小。
Acid-hydrolyzed cellulose with different microscopic appearances can change paper properties. In this paper, different microscopic appearances of acid-hydrolyzed cellulose were observed by scanning electron microscopy, and the paper property was tested with the national standard method. Results show that acid-hydrolyzed cellulose has an enhanced effect on paper properties, in which rod-like acid-hydrolyzed cellulose has the greatest effect on the breaking strength, tear strength and tensile strength, the spherical acid hydrolyzed cellulose is the second, and the irregular large-sized acid-hydrolyzed cellulose is the least.
