摘要
不首先分析了脉冲式高频电源在碱回收炉电除尘中的应用及其优势,然后结合公司碱回收二厂3#碱炉的实际改造情况详细说明了脉冲式高频电源在碱回收炉节能减排的效果。改造后,产生的粉尘浓度由原来的19.3mg/m^3降低到13.8mg/m^3,平均减排效率达到25.59%。
The application and advantage of pulse highfrequency power supply in electrostatic precipitator in alkali recovery furnace was firstly discussed in this paper. The effect of energy conservation and emission reduction with pulse highfrequency power supply was further illustrated through the actual modification of 3# alkali furnace in Qingshan Paper Co. Ltd. The discharged dust consistency was reduced from 19.3mg/m^3 to 14.0mg/m^3 after modification of power supply, with the average efficiency for emission reduction reached to 27.46%.
