∏型情报专业人才能力素质的再探讨

Reexamination of the Abilities and Qualities of ∏ Type Intelligence Personnel

为了科学地确定情报专业人才的能力素质,在文献调研的基础上,基于麦克利兰能力素质冰山模型要素和中国航发沈阳发动机研究所长期工作实践,得出情报专业人才在情报知识结构、情报专业技能、情报基础能力和情报职业素质4个维度的能力素质基本构成要素,并根据情报工作科学性、创造性、服务性、群体性等固有特点,提出这4个维度的∏型(两专多能)情报专业人才能力素质模型。模型将对情报专业机构的选人用人与培训培养、情报专业人才的学习工作与成长成才提供指导与借鉴。

In order to scientifically determine the competency of intelligence personnel,this paper bases on literature investigation,as well as the core factors of iceberg competency model proposed by McClelland and practice of AECC Shengyang Engine Research Institute to explore the fundamental competency elements of intelligence personnel in the dimensions of intelligence knowledge structure,intelligence expertise,intelligence basic abilities,and intelligence professional qualities.Moreover,according to the inherit characteristics of intelligence work,such as scientificity,creation,serviceability,group,and so on,the paper puts forward ∏ type intelligence personnel(two specialties and multiple capabilities) competency model of the four dimensions above.The model can provide references for the personnel selection and training of intelligence institutes,as well as the studying and improvement of intelligence personnel.
