摘要 学生事务管理是学校事务工作得以正常运行的重要一环,是学校对学生负责的体现。墨尔本大学致力于为学生提供优质的管理服务和校园体验,不断完善其学生事务管理的能力。墨尔本大学学生事务管理"一站式服务"理念、本真务实的工作作风、以人为本的职业准则、培育完人的基本目标,以及其拥有满足需求的学习指导和社会实践、丰富周到的生涯辅导和就业服务、统筹合理的管理队伍建设等特征,对我国高校的管理工作都具有重要的学习意义和借鉴价值。 Student affairs management is an important part of school management,which reflects the responsibility of universities for students. The University of Melbourne is dedicated to providing its students with quality services and campus experiences by improving constantly its ability in student affairs management. Its practice has great referential significance for us to improve our student affairs management. The beneficial parts include the concept of "one-stop"service in student affairs management,the down-to-earth working style,the human-oriented professional codes,the essential goal of cultivating all-round men,and so on and so forth.
