程序正义视角下研究生招生程序研究

On Postgraduate Enrollment Procedure from the Perspective of Procedural Justice

程序正义作为司法程序的价值取向,其意义和价值越来越受到广泛关注,对社会其他领域涉及到的分配或裁决程序有着普遍的指导意义。研究生招生选拔程序是研究生招生制度在程序层面上的体现,关系着研究生入学席位的分配,其正当性同时受到实体正义和程序正义的影响。而目前的研究生招生选拔程序存在过于重视实体正义、轻视程序正义的问题。通过程序正义的视角可以检视当前选拔程序存在的问题及成因,由此提出的改进方案对优化研究生招生制度具有十分重要的意义。

Procedural justice is the essential value orientation of judicial procedure,whose significance has received increasing attention. It can also guide the procedural design and operation in other fields. Postgraduate enrollment procedure determines the allocation of postgraduate entrance seats and its legitimacy is influenced by both substantive justice and procedural justice. However,the current graduate recruitment and selection process lays much more emphasis on substantive justice than on procedural justice. From the perspective of procedural justice,we can examine the justice-related problems in the current postgraduate recruitment process. The counter-measures proposed against these problems are of much significance for improving our postgraduate enrollment system.
