摘要
高效的标准研制项目管理,对企业抢占标准竞争的制高点尤为重要。针对标准研制项目存在的进度和质量问题,发挥Scrum(迭代增量)敏捷开发模式强调沟通、迭代、快速应对需求变化的优势,研究构建了融合Scrum敏捷开发的标准研制项目管理模型,探索标准研制项目的敏捷开发管理方式与实施途径,有效提高标准质量和研制速度,为标准研制项目的管理方法创新和管理水平提升提供价值参考和经验借鉴。
Efficient standard development project management is particularly important for enterprises and industries to seize the commanding height of standard competition.Aiming at the progresses and quality problems of standard development projects,based on Scrum,this paper gives full play to the advantages of Scrum,which emphasizes communication,iteration and rapid response to changes in demand.This paper constructs the management mode of standard development project that integrates Scrum agile development,explores the agile development management mode and implementation path of standard development project,and improves the standard quality and development efficiency effectively,in order to provide value reference and experience for the management method innovation and management level improvement of standard development project.
