我国机构养老服务标准化的现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Institutional Pension Service Standardization in China

本文从全国机构养老服务业发展现状着手,分别从政策环境、标准制定与实施、标准化技术组织、标准化试点建设四个方面分析了全国机构养老服务标准化建设取得的成果。在此基础上,剖析了目前机构养老服务标准化存在的问题。最后结合国家机构养老服务标准化的规划和需求,提出了有针对性的对策建议。

Starting from the development status of the national institutional pension service industry,this paper analyzes the achievements of the standardization of national institutional pension service from four aspects:policy environment,standard formulation and implementation,standardization technology organization and standardization pilot construction.On this basis,it analyzes the existing problems of the standardization of institutional pension service.Finally,combining the planning and demand of the standardization of the national institution pension service,it puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
