智能电表交变湿热试验效能提升研究

摘要 交变湿热试验能够对智能电表等电子产品在湿热环境条件下的适应性进行评估。本文以某型号智能电表为研究对象,基于国内现行的GB/T 2423.4-2008和GJB 150.9A-2009两个交变湿热试验标准开展试验后发现现有的交变湿热循环程序所能引发的性能退化量过小,使得实验周期长,试验效能低。基于此,本文进行了分析,而后从交变湿热试验参数优化和产品防护能力调整两方面入手设计了验证试验。结果表明,加严交变湿热试验参数以及加快湿度平衡均有助于增大湿热耦合应力并较大程度提高试验效能,从而更有效地对智能电表的湿热环境适应性进行评估。 Damp heat cyclic test method can evaluate the adaptability of electronic products such as smart meters in humid and hot environment.This paper takes smart meters of a certain type as the research object and carries out the experiment based on the two current domestic standards of damp heat test,GB/T 2423.4-2008 and GJB 150.9A-2009.It analyzes the reason of small performance degradation amount,long experimental period,low test efficiency and makes an experimental verification in terms of adjusting the damp heat cyclic test parameters and accelerating humidity balance.The test results show that hygrothermal stress can be increased efficiently through reinforcing the parameter of damp heat test and reducing the sealing performance of smart meters,so as to evaluate the hygrothermal performance of smart meters with higher efficiency.
