“一带一路”沿线部分国家食品农产品标准与法规分析研究

Analysis of Food and Agricultural Products Standards and Regulations in Countries along the Belt and Road

由于各国食品农产品法律制度、国情民情复杂多样,部分国家存在技术标准门槛过高,合格评定程序严苛等原因,导致我国出口食品农产品屡屡受阻,加重了我国出口企业的负担。本文通过对"一带一路"沿线国家有关食品农产品食品标签、转基因食品管理及标识、食品包装、食品认证及新标准、农业产品质量计划、酒类管理等方面的标准和法规进行分析,并提出应对措施建议,以促进"一带一路"沿线国家食品农产品的贸易更加便利化。

Due to the complex and diverse legal systems and national conditions of food and agricultural products in various countries,inadequate notification mechanism with great language differences,and even high threshold of technical standards and strict conformity assessment procedures in some countries,China's export of food and agricultural products has been blocked repeatedly,which has in creased the burde n on China's export enterprises.This article analyzes the standards and regulations related to food and agricultural products labeling,GM food management and labeling,food packaging,food certification and new standards,agricultural product quality plan,liquor management and so on,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to facilitate the trade of food and agricultural products in the countries along the Belt and Road.
