组织胶水用于剖宫产手术皮肤缝合的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tissue Glue for Skin Suture in Cesarean Section

目的探讨组织胶水用于剖宫产手术皮肤缝合的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月在我院行剖宫产手术的产妇120例,随机分为对照组(n=60,采取常规缝合方式)与观察组(n=60,切口表面涂组织胶水),均采用腰硬联合麻醉,均采用耻骨上横切口,长约6～13 cm。观察两组的产后切口愈合情况、疼痛情况、住院时间及复查情况。结果产后5 d,观察组的切口甲级愈合率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。产后1 d,观察组的疼痛0级比例明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的住院时间为(5.12±0.22) d,明显短于对照组的(6.11±0.52) d,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。产后1个月,观察组的疤痕软率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),两头有结节或疤痕硬率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在剖宫产手术皮肤缝合时使用组织胶水,能够促进切口愈合,减少疤痕形成,减轻产妇疼痛,缩短住院时间,效果良好,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of tissue glue for skin suture in cesarean section. Methods 120 cases of puerperas undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=60, routine suture method) and observation group(n=60, tissue glue applied on the incision surface). Both groups used combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with suprapubic transverse incision about 6 to 13 cm long. The postpartum incision healing, pain, hospitalization time and review of the two groups were observed. Results 5 d after delivery, the rate of first-class healing of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 1 d after delivery, the rate of pain grade 0 of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the observation group was(5.12 ± 0.22) d,significantly shorter than(6.11 ± 0.52) d of the control group(P<0.05). 1 month after delivery, the rate of soft scar of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the rate of nodules or hard scars at both ends was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Tissue glue for skin suture in cesarean section can promote the incision healing, reduce scar formation, relieve puerperas’ pain, shorten the hospitalization time, with good effect and clinical promotion value.
